Metabolic dysfunction induced by overexposure to toxins & inflammatory agents, chronic stress, malnutrition, disability or lifestyle factors reduce our quality of life. I believe health is a human right deserved by all regardless of social or economic status. My goal is to use indigenous healing modalities and empirical data to help members of my community restore the homeostatic state, liberating the collective in health! Nutrition Therapy is a lifelong framework of exercising mindfulness over every area of your life to determine how all of the things we take in (consume) affect us. Receive 1:1 support that empowers you to develop a sustainable practice that optimizes your health.
